Due to the nature of digital products (CD keys/digital codes), all sales are final. Once a digital key has been processed and delivered to your email, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
2. Delivery Time:
All digital orders are delivered via email within 1 to 12 hours. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your key in your main inbox.
3. Activation Issues:
If you experience any issues activating your genuine key, please contact our support team immediately with a screenshot of the error, and we will assist you or provide a replacement if the key is proven defective.
